Job Overview

As a Delivery Manager – Technology at Leobrix, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and resources, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive project success.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, milestones, and any potential issues or risks.
  • Allocate resources effectively, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage changes to scope, as necessary.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential issues that may impact project success.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices in technology development.
  • Monitor project performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and a sense of ownership among team members.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team, identifying and implementing best practices and process enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven Experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in the technology sector, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
