Job Overview
As a Delivery Manager – Technology at Leobrix, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and resources, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive project success.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, milestones, and any potential issues or risks.
- Allocate resources effectively, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage changes to scope, as necessary.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential issues that may impact project success.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices in technology development.
- Monitor project performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and a sense of ownership among team members.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team, identifying and implementing best practices and process enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven Experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in the technology sector, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies.
- Leadership and team management experience.
