Job Overview
As a Technology Architect -UI at Leobrix, you will lead the design and implementation of frontend architectures for our web and mobile applications. You will play a crucial role in shaping our technology landscape, ensuring that our frontend solutions are responsive, scalable and deliver outstanding user experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the frontend technology strategy and architectural vision for the organization, with an emphasis on best practices and emerging trends.
- Lead the design and development of frontend solutions using modern web technologies, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies, tools, and frameworks, and evaluate their suitability for integration into our architecture.
- Oversee and guide performance analysis and optimization efforts to ensure fast and responsive user experiences.
- Establish and enforce frontend security best practices and standards to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure data security.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, UX designers, and other architects, to ensure seamless integration of frontend components.
- Review frontend code and provide technical leadership to maintain code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and developers, fostering professional growth within the team.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of frontend architectures and design decisions.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience as a Technology Architect with a strong emphasis on frontend development.
- Proven expertise in frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns, responsive design, and user experience principles.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and frontend build tools.
- Extensive experience on REST APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Leadership experience in guiding technical teams and making strategic frontend technology decisions.
